The Rehabilitar Corporation supports people with visual disabilities, including low vision and deafblindness, from a biopsychosocial and rights-based approach.

WE SUPPORT PEOPLE WITH:
BLINDNESS
Total loss or minimal perception of light
LOW VISION
Severe vision limitation, even with correction, allowing a certain functional level with assistance.
DEAFBLINDNESS
Disability resulting from the combination of visual and auditory loss.
Our goal is for each person to be able to function more independently in their family, educational, work and community environment.
HOW DO WE DO IT?
Our care model is based on three lines of action that work in an articulated manner to enhance the capabilities of each beneficiary:
REHABILITATION TRAINING
We support the development of skills for daily life, mobility, communication, and learning.
VISUAL HEALTH
We provide guidance, specialized care, and promotional and preventative actions.
SOCIAL SUPPORT
We create opportunities for inclusion, well-being, and the strengthening of life projects.
